Page: B3CHUNG’S FOUR GOALS LIFT PLAINFIELD TO WIN
PLAINFIELD — Chris Chung scored all four goals as the Plainfield High School soccer team downed Riverside-Brookfield 4-2 in double overtime.
Clint Chung had two assists while Ryan Dragstrem and Joe Krotz added one each as the Wildcats climbed to 7-4-2.
“We played extremely well the last 10 minutes, but the first 80 were pretty sloppy,” said Plainfield coach Steve Schermerhorn.
“Chris Chung came to play the entire day and took it upon himself to win the game.
The winning goal was a nice finish right up the middle.”
